Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for items purchased from Expert Underwear Shop. Please read this information thoroughly before initiating a return.

Returns & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same original condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached. You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to initiate a return request.

Certain items are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons, including but not limited to items marked as final sale or purchased during promotional clearance events. Proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.

Return Process
To start a return, please submit a request through our online returns portal. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions and a return authorization. Items must be sent back using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in your return instructions. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit without a valid tracking number.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

Only the purchase price of the eligible item will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns that do not meet our policy conditions (such as damaged items due to customer use, or items returned after the 30-day window), we reserve the right to deny the refund or send the item back to you.

Exchanges
We generally recommend returning the item you have for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. This is often the fastest way to receive the correct product. If you require an exchange for the same item in a different size, subject to availability, please contact our support team for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all orders before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or replacement once the issue is verified. Providing photos of the damage or defect in your initial contact will help us resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items purchased on final sale or marked as clearance.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing tags.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
